What you do

Four steps, one screen of setup.

  1. 01Create the account: email, password, and practice name.
  2. 02Sign the Business Associate Agreement. It is one screen, right after you register.
  3. 03Upload one payer fee schedule with a dollar rate per code, and one remittance.
  4. 04Approve the extracted rates so the comparison uses your confirmed numbers.

What happens next

A ranked list you can check.

  • A ranked list of the payment differences in your first remittance.
  • Each difference shows the contract rate, the payment line, and the source row it came from.
  • Lines whose context is incomplete are listed as review items, not counted as findings.

Who does what

Two people, two very different jobs.

The pilot assumes the person who signs and the person who uploads are not the same person, which is how most practices actually run.

The practice owner

Signs the Business Associate Agreement and owns the commercial decision. That signing screen is their only required step.

The practice manager or biller

Uploads the two files, approves the extracted rates in bulk, and works the findings. No clinical review is required.

The pilot path

Three steps to a clearer operating picture.

01

Bring two files

One payer fee schedule or contracted price list, and one remittance or payment report.

02

Review the first findings

Check the contract rate, the payment line, and the source row behind each difference.

03

Decide what happens next

Approve the finding, build the packet, or record why it does not need action.

Pilot

What do I need to start a free pilot?

An account, one payer fee schedule that gives a dollar amount per code, and one remittance. You create the account with your email, a password, and your practice name, sign the Business Associate Agreement on the next screen, then upload the two files and approve the extracted rates. If your contract is a percentage of Medicare or a case rate, see the file guidance first.

What happens after I create an account?
